1. Returns Eligibility

  • Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and in original condition.

    • In original packaging.

  • Custom, personalized, or sale items are non-refundable unless defective.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

    • Order number

    • Photos of the defective item

    • Description of the issue

  • We will confirm if your return is approved and provide instructions.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • If the item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
