1. Processing Time

All jewelry pieces are handmade with care.
Please allow an average of 2 weeks for order processing before shipping.
Custom or personalized items may require additional time.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery.

Standard Shipping: 8 euros in Italy and 10 abroad or “Free on orders over €150”
Express Shipping: 5 euros extra.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3. Delivery Times

Domestic Orders: 3-5 business days after shipping
International Orders: 5-10 business days after shipping
Delivery times may vary due to customs or unforeseen delays.

4. International Shipping

We ship worldwide.
Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Please check your country’s regulations before placing an order.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

7. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
